Our recent mystery shopper survey on behalf of the TTG appraised the quality of service, equality awareness, needs matching ability, and accessible product knowledge across a number of high street, online and telesales distribution channels.

The findings highlight the critical obligations facing all service providers, particularly with regard to the Disability Discrimination Act, EC1107 legislation and increasingly rights-aware customers.
