About Us
Our newly refurbished large dormer disabled selfcatering bungalow can easily accommodate 11 people with room also for cots. It would be suitable for 2 families or one large family or a group of people.
The bungalow is situated on Hendy farm, a working dairy and sheep farm which lies a mile south of Caernarfon over the river Seiont. The bungalow affords beautiful views in all directions, towards Caernarfon, Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Llyn peninsula.Bedrooms
On the ground floor the double bedroom is opposite the wet room.
We have a vinyl floor covering with optional rug (which can be moved).
There are a further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.Living Area
The lounge boasts a beautiful slate and stone fireplace with wood burning stove and provides a clear area of 3m by 2m. There is good wheelchair access to garden from patio doors.
There is a large TV / DVD with remote control.

There is an adapted wheel-in / walk-in shower with a pull down seat having access from both sides.
The toilet with grab rails and pull down rail to left hand side has a height of 45cm. There is space to right of toilet of 20cm and 90 cm to the left.
Space under the washbasin is free, with no pipes or vanity unit.Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including a microwave and dishwasher. the worktops have a height of 90cm and the floor is tiled.Gardens
There is a grassed garden area surrounded by fencing and walls. The garden paths are wide and level making it easy for wheelchairs to move outside as well as inside the house.
The parking area to rear and side of house accommodates at least three cars. 2 slight ramps and level pathway leads to the front door.
Attractions
Caernarfon is a wonderful base for touring Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Llyn peninsula and the town has many historical attractions, diverse eating places and interesting shops. Additional Information
